By Company: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, provide false information, engage in illegal activities, or if we determine that the business relationship is no longer viable.

Upon Termination: We will provide you with all work completed to date, access credentials to platforms we manage, and final reporting. You will retain ownership of content created for you (subject to full payment). We reserve the right to use anonymized performance data and general strategies in future work and case studies.
